BOBO

臺北市信義區社會住宅（廣慈博愛園區）公共藝術設置計畫

《孢燈 BoBo》是一件以自然界中能自體發光的植物為靈感的公共藝術作品，特別取材自螢光蕈等夜間散發微光的植物意象，轉化為具象與抽象融合的裝置設計。此作品錯落地分布於廣慈園區西側步道的開放空間，藉由低矮發光的姿態與自然形象的擬態語彙，塑造出一條與城市、自然雙向對話的綠色廊道，成為園區夜間的光影詩篇。

作品以類似蕈類與孢子的形體為造型語彙，每一單元模組皆由金屬精工打造，內嵌燈具，外表電鍍處理，使其於日間能反射周圍綠意，夜間則發出溫潤光芒。燈體支撐結構採用彎曲鋼管，模擬植物莖幹之自然延伸，使整體視覺語境融入地景之中，並依地勢與空間節奏疏密排列，形塑出如孢子擴散般的光點分布。

本作品不僅在形式上回應自然的有機美感，更強化了廣慈園區作為城市綠帶的節點功能，與四獸山的自然山景及街廓綠意相互呼應，創造出都市中一處兼具美感、詩意與導向功能的地景燈光裝置。《孢燈 BoBo》邀請民眾於夜間遊走於自然光影交織的場域中，重新感受人與自然的聯繫，呈現出當代公共藝術如何藉由設計語彙回應生態、景觀與人文之間的融合關係。

BoBo is a public art installation inspired by bioluminescent plants, especially glowing mushrooms that softly illuminate the dark. Translating this natural phenomenon into a blend of figurative and abstract design, the installation lines the western pathway of Guangci Park. With its low, luminous forms and biomimetic shapes, BoBo creates a poetic green corridor—an interplay of light and shadow connecting city and nature.

The sculptural clusters resemble glowing spores or mushrooms, crafted from metal with embedded lighting. Electroplated surfaces reflect greenery by day and emit a warm glow by night. Curved steel stems support the forms, allowing them to blend organically into the landscape. Positioned in varied densities across the terrain, they evoke spores spreading through space.

Beyond form, BoBo enhances Guangci Park’s role in Taipei’s green network. Echoing the nearby Four Beasts Mountain, it creates a site-specific lighting environment that’s both functional and aesthetic. The installation invites passersby to wander through a dreamlike, illuminated path—reconnecting people with nature through art, ecology, and thoughtful design.
